On the other side of it looking at some of your other work I think you could have put a bit more time and work into this. His head is a bit large and his tentacles and body don't really flow well. It's very boxy. I like his possession and how is tentacles are fanned out, very creative. All and all I'll give this sprite a 5/10.
Overall the coloring was done nicely and I really like the vision you had for it. (:
